NOTES
Right of Way, to east side of the boundary stone wall of Leven Cottage
The “right of way” is a pathway from the main road to Wester Balgedie cluster of homes. It is maintained via grass cutting on a regular basis. The local residents whose homes straddle the right of way contribute to the gardener’s fees for grass cutting. Heating
The main heating & hot water is via an oil-fired Rayburn Cooker. Addition heating is via air source for hall and front bedroom, plus multi fuel stove in living room.
